Successful application: What to do, how and when?
At the BVMed Academy setzen sich die Referenten Michael Vent, BEO BERLIN und Jörg Hackstein, Hackstein Reuter Rechtsanwälte u. a. mit folgenden Fragestellungen auseinander:
- What preparatory work must be carried out before an application is submitted?
- Was ist nach dem Heil- und Hilfsmittelversorgungsgesetz (HHVG) neu und welche Auswirkungen hat das auf bisher gelistete Produkte und künftige Neulistungen?
- How do innovations get into the list of medical aids?
- What are the criteria for inclusion in the list of medical aids?
- Which requirements from the list of medical aids are specifically covered by the CE mark?
- Why is it so important to differentiate between assistive products that serve to compensate for disabilities and those with therapeutic benefits when making an application?
- Welche Handlungsoptionen bestehen bei falscher Listung, Löschung, update etc.?
The target group of the event are all manufacturers and distributors of assistive products.
Interested parties would like to supply medical aids at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. You would like to develop new products and launch them on the German market. You intend to apply for a medical aid number or solve problems in the current application process.
