The BVMed Seminar 2025
On 7 October 2025, the BVMed Academy is hosting a full-day online seminar on the topic of ’Application procedure for the German Medical Technical Aids Register (HMV)'. The aim of this event is to provide information on the regulatory, strategic and legal requirements for the successful inclusion of medical aids in the official register of medical aids (which is the HMV) of the statutory health insurance (GKV).
BEO BERLIN is once again making a special contribution to this year's seminar: Our managing director, Dipl.-Ing. Michael Vent, is one of the two keynote speakers at the event. Together with Jörg Hackstein, a proven expert in public procurement law (lawyer, Hackstein Reuter Rechtsanwälte, Dortmund), he will provide in-depth insights into the complex application process – from the initial product idea to successful listing in the HMV.

- Documentation requirements: including CE marking, operating instructions and test reports
