The update includes the review and, if necessary, the revision of the definition, the product subgroups as well as the product types including the indications.
Product group 54 "Consumable nursing aids" of the nursing aids directory is currently being updated by National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds in Germany (GKV-Spitzenverband).
The commenting process has been initiated and the draft update has been sent to the interest groups. The patient interest groups have thus been granted the right to participate in the consultation process.
The deadline for comments is 5 January 2022.
