Update of product group 32 confirmed
The GKV-Spitzenverband (GKV-SV) has announced a significant update to product group 32 ‘Therapeutic movement equipment’ in the Assistive Products List. This update offers an important opportunity for manufacturers and consumer organisations to actively influence the adjustment of the list.
PG 32 – Therapeutic Movement Equipment
The update of product group 32 ‘Therapeutic movement devices’ in the list of aids gives manufacturers and consumer organisations the opportunity to exert a direct influence. They can submit a statement on this update by 14th of January 2025 to make suggestions and proposals for the further development of the devices.
For manufacturers, this is an opportunity to adapt their products to current standards and ensure their inclusion in the German list of aids. Consumers benefit from improved access to modern aids that could expand their therapy and rehabilitation options.
