From 1 February 2022 up to and including 2 May 2022 it is possible to submit the annual statistics report for the calendar year 2021 via the ear portal :
- Electrical appliance manufacturers/ElektroG authorised representatives see,
- Public waste management organisations see
- Distributors see
- Operators of primary treatment facilities see
Neu hinzugekommen ist seit diesem Jahr die das Anlegen eines Rücknahmekonzepts. Hersteller*innen von Großgeräten für die ausschließliche Nutzung in anderen als privaten Haushalten (b2b-Geräte), müssen ein Rücknahmekonzept erstellen und bestätigen lassen.
The take-back concept includes:
- Return options, either by your company or third parties
- Contractual regulations must be submitted
- Contact details of the take-back organisation must be provided
mportant: Manufacturers already registered with a b2b device type must also submit a take-back concept in the ear portal. The legislator grants you time to do this until 30.06.2022.
In any case, please make sure that you submit your take-back concept in good time, otherwise stiftung ear will have to check the cancellation of your b2b registration(s).
